The recession is inevitably associated with redundancies and increasing pressure on existing staff to work more productively.

I have provided outplacement services to over 600 people in the recent recession ranging from Executive Directors of wealth management companies, editors, journalists, bankers, local authority employees and third sector staff.

In my experience, redundancy can be a catalyst for positive change if staff understand their range of skills and experiences and can communicate these at the highest level.

My programme is immensely valuable in supporting individuals to manage the transition and build the skills to approach the job market. It also reinforces a feeling of trust amongst the staff left which is essential to maintaining motivation and performance.

I offer one to one coaching and workshops ranging from one day to a full five day programme.
